Delay of Stock
At WaterfromAir we are direct importers and have special arrangements with our manufacturers & suppliers. Depending on our order quantities we either order direct from the manufacturer or hold stock that is on our website but due to unforeseen circumstances such as Earthquakes, Floods, Extreme Weather conditions and delays in shipping we will contact you in regards to the delay of your purchase and notify you immediately the estimated time of arrival of such equipment.
Installation Procedure
WaterfromAir does not accept installations from clientele that will not use our approved quality waterfromair units. Due to the fact of cheap illegal imports coming in to the Australian market we will only do Installations with equipment that has been proven and tested by our own technicians. This is our policy to minimize faults and liability from the installation of illegal & low water from air Systems.
